    Stuffed Ciabattas




    Ingredients

    Ingredients for 10 portions

    - 400 g (14 oz.) Tomatoes
    - 500 g (18 oz.) Feta
    - 80 g (3 oz.) olives, pitted
    - 50 ml (3 tbsp.) olive oil
    - Salt, pepper, oregano
    - 10 small ciabattas (or other bread)

    Method
    1. Cut the tomatoes and feta into cubes; quarter the olives. 
    2. Add the oil and seasonings. 
    3. Cut an opening on the side of the buns; press down the crumb to stuff them.
